Resolve AI’s Elizabeth Lacchar joins Retailgentic to talk conversational commerce, proprietary LLMs, checkout, loyalty, and why retailers need to get future-fit now.
Elizabeth Lachhar, Executive Vice President of the Americas at Rezolve Ai, is a senior enterprise leader focused on bringing agentic commerce technology to retailers, brands, and large organizations across North and South America.
In her role, she works directly with major companies to adopt AI-driven commerce systems, spanning everything from search and personalization to checkout and loyalty.
Before joining Rezolve AI, she built her career at major technology companies including Microsoft, Google, and Oracle, where she led large-scale digital transformation projects for global enterprises, particularly in retail, consumer goods, and hospitality.
Today, she helps enterprise retailers and brands adopt agentic commerce, leads go-to-market and growth across the Americas, works across executive teams in commerce, marketing, IT, and finance to implement AI systems, and focuses heavily on driving real-world ROI with deployments that can often be realized in as little as 12 weeks.
Listen/Watch Our Interview:
In this episode, we unpack Rezolve AI’s end-to-end agentic commerce platform, including its closed retail-trained LLM, Brainpower, and modules across search, discovery, conversational commerce, checkout, and loyalty.
A lot of the agentic commerce conversation focuses on offsite experiences like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI shopping agents. But there’s another major shift happening onsite, where retailers are rethinking search, merchandising, conversational commerce, checkout, loyalty, and personalization for an AI-native world.
Elizabeth brings a deep enterprise background from Microsoft, Google, Oracle, and more, and now works with retailers, brands, food service, hospitality, and B2B companies navigating this transition.
