Yesterday on Retailgentic, we wrapped up our two-part series on the State of Agentic Commerce as of the start of Q4 2026. We had an executive brief today and I used the opportunity to take the themes from the substack, integrate them in with a bunch of other new material shot a video walking through it all.

Yesterday at OpenAI DevDays, they announced their entry into the Personal Agent battle, dots. On first blush, it’s more pro than consumer (like GrokBot, but not like Muse). We don’t have access yet, once we do, we’ll post some live demos.
