I like the "experimental agentic sandbox" approach, especially for larger Retailers. From what I have seen from my past as a Solution Architect in the Retail space, making any changes in the system and process chain between the PIM, the ecommerce storefronts and marketplace aggregators will be too much of a headache to get approved.
Separating this out into an agentic sandbox would allow them to make their first moves on a more reasonable time scale.
