New Agentic Commerce Surface: Personal Agents
In our State of Agentic Commerce update yesterday, we introduced this concept of the four Agentic Commerce Surfaces. ChatGPT dots is a significant new entry into the ‘Personal Shopping Agents’ category with META Muse, GrokBot, Instinct, Microsoft CoPilot Autopilot, Gemini Spark and Manus cue.
While these agents do a little bit of everything, our focus is on their agentic commerce capabilities.
